Construction Foreman with 5-8 years' experience working on stone and tile installation projects.
Candidate will be responsible for attending weekly Foreman meetings to understand expectations of the project and relay them to his crew. They must also have the ability to manage crews of 20 to 30 workers, delegate tasks, and give orders to meet expected deadlines. Foreman are also required to fully understand how to read shop drawings, identify and order materials for the job site, and most importantly, have an ability to stay extremely organized.
Must have OSHA 30 and Silica training.
Hours are 6am – 3pm.
Forman report directly to the job site in NYC and are compensated for mileage and tolls, and are given a weekly expense for whatever personal necessities they may need.
