1st Shift – Building Maintenance
Shift: 1st shift 7a-3p Monday – Friday(can be flexible with hours if a candidate would prefer to work 8a-4p or 9a-5p)
**Must be open to 8-12 hours of OT a week
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
Perform general building maintenance tasks as required
*Assemble, install and make minor repairs to electrical, electronic and/or plumbing systems
*Perform painting and repair of building structure parts including windows, doors, plaster, and/or flooring
*Testing and operation of alarm systems as needed
*Perform facility equipment checks and inspections as required (weekly, quarterly, etc).
*Create and update work orders using computerized systems
*Perform general cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior grounds
*Work with Purchasing to update and maintain parts inventory
*Transport of equipment and parts for facility
*Maintain safe and clean work environment
*Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines
* Will be responsible for changing light bulbs, painting, tile repair etc
* Will be welding and pipe fitting
*Will be doing machine maintenance as needed
*Will be wiring and troubleshooting electrical issues
* Will be working with 110v, 220v, and 480v
*Maintaining barrings and brackets
*Other duties as assigned
