  • MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Qualifications:

  • 6 months roofing experience
  • Able to climb a ladder
  • Own tools
  • Can lift 100lbs

PAY:
3rd person – $14 to $14.50/hr (ENTRY LEVEL)
2nd person – $16 to $19/hr (EXPERIENCE)
Lead/Foreman – $21-25/hr (EXPERIENCE)

Paid Weekly – direct deposit, they have never missed a payroll

Job Description:

Climb ladder
Work on one or two story pitched roofs
Unload materials and unroll roofing material
Clear debris
Scrap or pull off roofing material
Nail roofing paper
Clear out gutters and drains
lift 50 lbs. regularly
Install tile or "dry-in" (paper that goes under tiles)
Install secondary flashing
Install weather blocking ridge closure
Conduct Quality inspection
Take directions

Work Environment:

5am-1pm
6am -2pm
Most Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturday
If more than 110 degrees, high winds, or rain – they will stop working

Locations:

Works in all corners of the valley. The valley is split up in 4 quadrants, so the crews will stay in their respective areas.

Dress code:

Jeans, Company high visibility shirt, rubber sole shoe and PPE.

Health insurance after 90 days – employee & family
Contribute 75% of employee cost

Company has 31 years of work history in the valley

Performance Expectations:

Crew reports to crew lead. Crew lead reports to Superintendent. Based on quality of work and pace of completing the roof.

Typical Day:

Report to the job site. Could carpool with their crew or drive separate. Materials will be there. Will stop at office maybe twice a week to drop off hours and pick up specialty materials.
